The reason that we exist, is that we didn't want to wait making our dream come true.

We bought a villa on Madeira island, in which we had costs all year around, but we could only use the villa a couple of vacation weeks yearly.

We wanted to rent it out when we couldn't use the place ourselves, but the logistics with that gave us problems.

Our idea is to really help you to buy your dream home in Madeira, whenever in life or when already retired.
